About Us
Seacliff Private Equity was built on the reputation and historical success of Seacliff’s prior businesses, which included Dominion Construction (a leading Western Canadian general contracting firm), Canem Systems (electrical and control contracting), Broda Construction (civil construction and earthmoving), and the publicly traded Seacliff Construction Corp.
At its peak, Seacliff Construction had over 1,200 employees, and revenues of approximately $600 million. It was responsible for the construction of Vancouver’s Rogers Arena, the Richmond Speed Skating Oval (built for the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Winter Games), and several other landmark projects.
